Paleo banana Pancakes 
2 medium bananas
3 eggs

1/2 cup almond flour

1 tsp of cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground ginger

Dash vanilla abstract
Pinch of salt
Pinch of nutmeg

1. Blend all ingredients for at least 2 mins until completely smooth

2. Fire up the pan and heat up coconut oil in it

3. Cook away on medium heat (you will want your pancakes a little darker then normal so they will hold together)




Asian Stir Fry
- 4 oz Grass Fed Steak
- Hand fulls of Veggies including carrots, spinach and coleslaw mix
- 1 Bag of Miracle Rice
-1/4 cup Braggs Amino



Paleo Coconut Shrimp
- 1 Cup of Shrimp
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1/2 cup Almond Four
-1/4 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
-2 tsp Oregano
-2 tsp Garlic Powder
-Coconut Oil

1) Defrost/Peel Raw Shrimp
2) Put egg whites in a bowl
3) Put flour, coconut, oregano, garlic powder in another bowl
4) Heat up pan with coconut oil 
5) Dip shrimp in egg whites
6) Transfer shrimp to the bowl with dry ingredients
7) Place shrimp in pan and flip till both sides are crispy brown
8) Place shrimp on a napkin on a plate to cool
9) ENJOY
**let me know if anyone tries Coconut flour instead of Almond Flour
